Chris Eastvedt

I don't understand why so many small businesses wait until they're facing financial hardship to target new business prospects. Complacency kills- inspiration, drive, ambition- and yet so many small businesses fall victim to it and then go into panic mode when sales began to drop. Why?

Niche marketing should be a standard part of the business plan- period. It's far less expensive to target the right people than it is to launch something and pray it finds an audience. Innovation keeps you relevant, and relevance keeps you in business. Priorities, priorities, priorities.

I totally agree with Chris. It is a must that businesses have plan b and c in place when sales drop or something unlikely happen.
